Kenneth G. Winans, CMT, MBA - Mr. Winans is the president & founder of Winans International and WI Mutual Funds. He developed key market benchmarks in Preferred Stocks (WIPSI)™ and Real Estate Index (WIREI)™. Ken has received awards for his two books: Preferreds – Wall Street’s Best-Kept Income Secret and Investment Atlas – Financial Maps to Investment Success. He has managed the Fund since August 2009.
Marc G. Edwards, B.S. -After graduating from the University of Miami in 1972, Mr. Edwards has held many positions in the investment business throughout his career on Wall Street; including V.P. of Dillon Read & Co., and Drexel Burnham Lambert. In 1987, Marc was recruited by Smith Newcourt & Co., Inc as Executive Vice President and Director to run their equity sales, research, and trading business in the U.S. Merrill Lynch acquired Smith Newcourt in 1995 and Marc was appointed as Managing Director and Co-Head of Non-U.S. Equity Products in the U.S. In 2005, Marc joined Van Cleef, Jordan, and Wood, Inc., an RIA in New York where he was a partner. In 2009, he joined Winans International as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Director.
Justin Gularte, CMT - Mr. Gularte graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Golden Gate University in 1997. After starting out as an entrepreneur, he found his passion for the markets trading equity options as a Market Maker on the Pacific Exchange. He joined Winans International Investment Management and Research in 2005 and is a Portfolio Manager and Technical Analyst; he received the Chartered Market Technician designation in 2007.
